As advocates, mentors, and coaches, we serve health professionals wishing to define their success by achieving their professional and personal goals.

We work with all types of students and trainees to meet their goals within health profession training. We also offer services contracted directly with schools and universities to work with students to develop, implement, and achieve individual learning plans for professional development. We focus on soft skill development such as professional and patient-centered communication, interpersonal and collaborative team skills, and professional development. We use evidence-based teaching methods such as meta-cognition and self-reflection, simulated clinical scenarios, and communication exercises to address areas of improvement needed for success.
